Birder is a short drama about a young woman, Mica, disenfranchised with a world that makes no sense to her. During a review with her psychologist she shares a version of her story that is juxtaposed through flashbacks with a reality that doesn’t quite correlate. On securing her freedom, the story concludes ironically when Mica is presented with an opportunity to choose between doing what society thinks is right, or what she believes is right.
